Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working from Columbia, MO, in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while performing administrative tasks within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, such as Gmail and Google Docs
