Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working from Columbia, MO, in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while performing administrative tasks within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, such as Gmail and Google Docs
