Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally across multiple channels
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and account management
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
