Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while managing inquiries and administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively assist customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, especially in high-pressure situations
