Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various channels while managing inquiries, support requests, and administrative functions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and think logically under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
