Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance product knowledge and participate in learning opportunities to improve customer service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks effectively
