Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while managing administrative tasks and maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner across multiple channels
  • Perform administrative functions such as password resets and service requests within core systems
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt positively to change and handle difficult customer interactions professionally
