Job Summary

To support after-hours operations, the full-time bilingual Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
