Job Summary

Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will assist internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and timely service
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as processing service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple programs and applications while providing superior customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
