Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and managing administrative tasks in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
