Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various channels while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while performing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
