Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the position will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and managing support requests remotely or onsite in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
