Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide clear and timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
