Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate effective support
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and password resets
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
