Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the position will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a hybrid work environment, responding to inquiries via multiple channels and managing administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers while managing support requests
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests, while adhering to service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
