Job Summary
To support after-hours customer needs, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
