Job Summary
Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, manage administrative functions, and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally, with the role being performed in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-channel communication environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
