Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to customers via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining professional relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries through telephone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
