Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate effective support
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-channel communication environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
