Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
