Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service to internal and external customers in a full-time remote or hybrid capacity, managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally across multiple channels
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance support efforts
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
