Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, remote or hybrid role, managing inquiries through multiple channels and maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with timely and accurate information
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while adhering to service standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate various programs while providing superior customer service
