Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment, while working remotely or onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely and professional responses to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
