Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this position will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and password resets
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
