Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role involves providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working remotely or onsite in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance product knowledge and participate in learning opportunities to effectively assist customers and meet departmental goals
Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
