Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs efficiently
  • Ability to adapt positively to change and handle difficult customer interactions professionally
