Job Summary
To support a growing customer service team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
