Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, managing inquiries through various channels while maintaining professional relationships and adhering to service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
