Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
