Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs while providing superior service
  • Ability to adapt positively to change and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
