Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while managing administrative tasks and maintaining professional relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications such as Gmail and Google Docs
