Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while establishing professional relationships and managing inquiries in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while adhering to company policies and service standards
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
