Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will assist internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with accuracy and professionalism
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks effectively
