Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various channels while managing inquiries and administrative tasks in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring effective communication and support
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including managing service requests and maintaining product knowledge
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs
  • Ability to adapt positively to change and work effectively under pressure
