Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, working remotely or in-person, by responding to inquiries through various channels and managing administrative functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests, while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
