Job Summary
Providing exceptional service in a multi-channel environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and professional assistance while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, maintaining established quality and service standards
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate support requests
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal forms using correct grammar and punctuation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments
