Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, after-hours role, responding to inquiries via multiple channels and performing administrative functions while maintaining professional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms using correct grammar and structure
