Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels while establishing strong relationships with internal and external clients in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Maintain knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively assist customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
