Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries through multiple channels and maintaining professional relationships, while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
