Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the full-time position will provide exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
