Job Summary
Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely service in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries accurately and professionally
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
