Job Summary
Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate service while building strong relationships with clients both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate support requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
