Job Summary
Providing after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and managing service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
