Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while managing administrative tasks and maintaining professional relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
