Job Summary

Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and professional service while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering accurate and timely assistance
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications such as Gmail and Google Docs
