Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, responding to inquiries via multiple channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
