Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through multiple channels, while managing inquiries and maintaining professional relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
