Job Summary

Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate service while maintaining professional relationships with internal and external clients, either remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
