Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries via telephone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and adhering to service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner across multiple channels
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate effective support
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
