Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
