Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a remote or hybrid environment, while managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and performing administrative functions within core systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Perform administrative functions such as password resets and service requests within established service standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under pressure
